How quickly will I receive candidate matches and make a hire?
After submitting your request, you’ll receive AI-powered match reports within 2 business days, showing the best-fit experts for your role. Once you’ve reviewed the options, we arrange a meet-and-greet with your preferred expert(s). After that, Sam handles compliance and onboarding, ensuring your expert is placed and ready to begin within 5 business days.
What types of roles does Sam provide?
Administrative & Executive Support: Includes administrative assistants, executive assistants, and receptionists/greeters, providing essential office support, executive-level coordination, and front-desk services.
Office & Facilities Managers: Oversee the organization and functionality of office operations, including vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and organizing team events such as happy hours.
Software Engineers & Developers: Build and scale platforms, applications, and products. Expertise includes backend and frontend development, integrating AI/LLMs, and applying machine learning to drive innovation.
IT Specialists: Ensure secure and reliable operations by managing infrastructure, providing technical support, and maintaining system performance.

What happens if Sam doesn’t place my expert in five business days?
If Sam doesn’t place someone within five business days of your selected matche(s), you’ll receive a tiered discount on your first month's rate for your initial term:
5% off a 3-month term
7.5% off a 6-month term
10% off a 12-month term
Is there a minimum contract length when engaging with Sam?
Yes, the minimum contract length is 3 months.
What payment methods are accepted, and how are payments processed?
We issue invoices that can be paid securely via ACH or credit card. While Stripe is our primary processor, we provide reasonable accommodations for a client’s preferred payment method within those options.
Are Sam’s services available to individuals under 18?
No, Sam’s services are not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not hire professionals under the age of 18.
Can Sam provide remote management?
Yes, Sam offers both remote and on-site management experts within the domestic United States, ensuring flexibility and seamless support wherever your business operates.
How quickly can I onboard a Sam Expert?
Sam Experts are typically placed within 5 business days of selection, sometimes sooner.
Are Sam Experts experienced in specific industries?
Sam Experts come with diverse tech-industry backgrounds and specialized expertise to support a wide range of business sectors, ensuring tailored solutions for your unique requirements.
Does Sam provide ongoing support after placement?
Absolutely. Sam remains engaged throughout the contract period to facilitate communication, address any concerns, and ensure continued satisfaction with the expert’s performance. We conduct monthly 1:1s with placed Sams to touch base, monthly client check-ins for contracts lasting 3-6 months, and quarterly check-ins for longer term contracts.
Can Sam scale with my business as our needs grow?
Yes, Sam is designed to scale with your business. Whether you need to add more management professionals or expand service coverage, we can adjust our support to align with your company’s growth.
Can I add responsibilities to an existing Sam Expert's scope of work?
Sam can add additional responsibilities to existing roles for an additional monthly fee, as long as the tasks are within the scope of the main function of the role. This allows us to ensure that our experts are compensated for any additional responsibilities and keeps the expert workforce within compliance.
What happens if I need to replace my Sam Expert?
If you need to replace your Sam expert, we will work with you to understand your concerns and, when appropriate, strive to provide a suitable replacement. While we make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, replacement is subject to availability and the specifics of your situation.
